  • In case your pass is lost/stolen or in case you forgot it, you can get a duplicate for EUR 10 by presenting your ID card at the pass production office or at the Aqualibi reception desk.

  • Have you lost something during your visit to Aqualibi? In order to help you further, we invite you to complete this form.

    We will only contact you  if an item matching your description has been found.

  • In order to benefit from the preferential rates, your group must consist of at least 20 people. If this is not the case, we invite you to book your tickets at a special rate.

  • For groups of 20 or more, you can take advantage of special rates.  We invite you to consult our ‘Groups’ section.

  • You have not received your tickets, even in your junk mail (spam)? Did you make a mistake when you purchased?

  • As a season pass holder for another park, you can make use of your advantage at the park's ticket office.

  • The price of parking is 13 EUR/vehicle (promotional offer: 11 EUR if you buy it before 3 pm). Season pass holders have the possibility to get a Parking Pass (valid for one year) for 40 EUR. For information about this pass, please consult article 3 of the pass regulations .

    Parking tickets and parking passes can be purchased at the ticket booths at the park entrance.

  • As stated on the 365.be website, you can benefit from free access for two people to Walibi/Aqualibi.  We invite you to visit our website and to enter the unique code printed on your 365 passport.  Your tickets will be sent to you by e-mail to the address you have entered. Bring your entry tickets, your 365 passport and your identity card with you when visiting the park.

    This advantage can be used once a year for each park.

  • As a season pass holder, you benefit from many advantages.  You will find them in article 4 "Discounts and benefits" of the pass regulations.

  • After your online purchase, you have one month to exchange your voucher for your permanent Pass at the Pass Production Centre of Walibi or at the reception of Aqualibi, during the opening hours of the parks.

    Season Passes are not sent by post.

  • Below is an overview of the payment methods accepted at Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi:

    • Bancontact, Visa Pay, Visa, Mastercard, French debit card (carte bleue), American Express
    • Meal voucher Pluxee, Edenred, Monizze (in the restaurants)
    • Compliments Edenred Tickets (for entrance tickets and in shops) 
    • Cadeau Pass Pluxee (for entrance tickets and in shops)
    • French ANCV cheques (for entrance tickets)
    • Discount and gift vouchers from 365.be (for entrance tickets)
    • Sport & Culture Edenred (for entrance tickets)
    • Cadeau Pass Monizze (for entrance tickets and in shops)
    • Shopping Pass (in shops) 

    No other payment methods are accepted. 

  • You will receive a 10% discount on the adult entrance fee displayed at the park's ticket booths on presentation of your Pass Visit Wallonia.

    This discount is not valid online and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • As an employee of another park, you can enjoy your advantage at the park's ticket booth.

  • It is not necessary to book your visit to Aqualibi unless otherwise mentioned by the promotional partner.

  • We offer teachers the possibility of a free ticket for Walibi, Aqualibi, Bellewaerde and Bellewaerde Aquapark and a 25% discount on 4 entrance tickets (on the adult rate) for 4 accompanying persons.

    To benefit from this advantage, please enter your card number on our dedicated website .

    Please note: the promotional code can only be used once to order a maximum of one free ticket and four additional tickets with the 25% discount.  You must order all your tickets at the same time and make sure to add the free ticket to your shopping cart.

    Once you have ordered your tickets, you can go to the park with your e-tickets; you don't have to go through the ticket booth anymore.

    The parking fee is 13 EUR (11 EUR before 3.00 pm) (ticket for sale at the ticket booths at the entrance of the park).  

  • Children under the age of 13 will not be allowed to enter Walibi/Aqualibi parks alone, proof of age of the responsible adult or the child may be required at any time.

    At Aqualibi, children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a person wearing a swimming costume. 

    During their visit, whether as a family or as a group, children must remain under the care and continual supervision of their parents and/or accompanying persons.

  • Some of our attractions are limited by size. Find out more about our attractions and access conditions on our website.

  • The park is directly connected to the Walibi-Bierges train station via a pedestrian bridge (approx.5-10 minutes).  

    When you buy your tickets online on our website , we offer you the possibility to benefit from a 50% discount on the purchase of your train ticket.  To do so, please tick the corresponding option during the purchase process.  You will then receive a code to enter on the SNCB website when you buy your train tickets.

  • Buses do not have to pay for parking. They can park in the main car park following the instructions of our staff.

     

  • The motorbike parking is located to the right of the park entrance, close to the bus parking. Our parks are accessible by motorbike.  We invite you to consult the itinerary here.

  • It is possible to drop off your children and pick them up without paying for parking.

    We invite you to follow the "Kiss&Ride" signs and the instructions of our staff.

  • RV have access to the car park during their visit to the park. We do not have facilities to accommodate them overnight. 

    After 10 p.m. (except at night or during special events), vehicles may not be left in the car park.

  • Our parking is currently not equipped with charging points for electrical vehicles.

  • Access to some attractions is forbidden to pregnant women.  Nevertheless, it is possible for you to enjoy a pleasant visit to Aqualibi.  You can receive a 50% discount on presentation of a medical certificate at the park's ticket booth.

  • Swimming trunks, boxer shorts, bikinis, one-piece swimming costumes and lycra garments above the knee and elbow are permitted at Aqualibi.

  • Children are measured without shoes before being granted access to the attractions.  If you are unsure of your child's height, you can go to the lifeguard station where your child will be measured.  Your child will receive a wristband stating his/her height, which will be checked throughout the park.  

  • During your visit, you must store your personal belongings in a locker.  To do so, you'll receive a wristband which is free of charge and must be returned at the end of your visit.

  • If you have a dated ticket for this date, you are welcome.. If you have an undated ticket, we invite you to choose another date for your visit.

     

  • For information on opening days, please consult our calendar.

  •  We do not have facilities to accommodate them overnight, but they may access the car park during their visit to the park.  After 10 p.m. (except at night or during special events), parking is not permitted in the car park.

  • The list of allergens can be consulted at each of our outlets.  We invite you to ask our staff when you visit.

  • We have an extensive vegetarian/vegan offer in our various outlets.

    We only use vegetable oil for cooking.

  • The Palm Beach is accessible from the pool and offers a range of products for all tastes. There is something for all the family with a range of suitable products. 

    Picnicking inside the restaurant and Aqualibi is not permitted.

  • Picnicking inside the restaurant and Aqualibi is prohibited, but you'll find plenty to eat at Palm Beach.
