PASS REGULATIONS 2025

DEFINITIONS:

PASS 

Generic name covering the following season pass-type products, valid during the 2025 season:

  • Walibi PASS
  • Aqualibi PASS
  • Red & Blue PASS
  • Silver PASS
  • Gold PASS
  • Ruby PASS
  • Diamond PASS
  • Platinum PASS

 

PARKS 

Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi Belgium located at Boulevard de l'Europe 100, 1300 Wavre, Belgium.

 

OPENING PERIOD

Time period consisting of the opening days of the Walibi Park and the opening days of the Aqualibi Park. The opening periods can be consulted on the respective calendars of the two Parks on the websites www.walibi.be and www.aqualibi.be.

 

HOLDER

Natural person whose identity is linked to a PASS giving access to the parks Walibi and/or Aqualibi. The holder may but does not need be the buyer.

 

PARK REGULATION

Text composed by the regulations in force on the Car Park and within the Walibi and Aqualibi Parks. Their contents can be consulted at the entrance to the Parks and on the websites www.walibi.be and www.aqualibi.be.

 

 

ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE PASSES

1.    The PASSES are strictly personal. Under no circumstances may they be transferred, lent or resold to a third party. In the event of fraud, the Parks reserve the right to confiscate or block the PASS without any compensation or reimbursement of the purchase price.

 

2.    The identity of any person who purchases a PASS, or for whom a season pass is purchased, must be proven. Proof of identity will be requested upon purchase, withdrawal and production of a PASS.

 

3.    PASSES must be presented each time the holder wishes to access the Parks. The identity of the pass holders will be checked by the names indicated and the photos printed on the PASS.

If the Parks’ staff deem it necessary, proof of identity may be requested in order to check that it matches the PASS. Although the data concerning the pass holder is recorded in the access systems, access to the Parks may be refused if the pass holder is unable to present a physical copy of his or her season pass and proof of identity if requested.

 

4.    If a visual inspection concludes that the pass holder cannot be clearly identified based on the photo, the Parks’ teams will be authorized to ask for a new photo to be taken at the entrance to the Parks to reprint the PASS. The opinion of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi will then be binding in such case.

 

5.    As with any other valid entry ticket, the PASS can be requested at any time in the Parks for verification and security purposes.

 

6.    In the event of a high number of visitors, or when the Parks are closed for private groups, the PASS shall not guarantee an entry to the Park. If a Park is at full capacity on the pass holder's arrival, entry may be refused without any compensation.

 

7.    The Park Regulations apply when you enter the Parks. The Parks’ Regulations can be consulted at the main entrances and on the websites www.walibi.be and www.aqualibi.be. In the event of non-compliance with the Regulations of either Park, the PASSES may be confiscated or blocked without compensation.

 

8.    Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi shall not be liable for any damage, loss or theft of the PASSES.

 

9.    A duplicate PASS is only issued at the entrance of the Parks in case of a forgotten, damaged, lost or stolen pass against payment of an administrative fee of €10,00.

 

ARTICLE 2 – VALIDITY AND DURATION OF THE PASSES

1.    Unlike tickets, there is no special discount for people with special needs, children and senior citizens on the purchase of any of the PASSES.

 

2.    Children smaller than one metre have free access to Walibi Belgium. Children taller than one meter need to have a valid entrance ticket or PASS.

A PASS can also be purchased for the child, and its validity shall be conditioned by the following Articles 3 and 4, independently of the accompanying persons' passes.

 

3.    For PASSES purchased outside of park opening periods:

In case PASSES are purchased outside of park opening periods, the validity period is one year from the opening day of the park for which the PASSES were purchased.

 

4.    For PASSES purchased during park opening periods:

In case PASSES are purchased during park opening periods, the validity period is one year from the date of purchase of the PASSES.

 

5.    The PASSES are valid only during the opening hours of the Parks available on: www.walibi.be or www.aqualibi.be. The management reserves the right to change the opening hours of the Parks at any time of the season. This shall not entitle the holder of a PASS to any compensation.

 

6.    The PASSES are not valid on days when the Parks are full or closed for private groups. These days are specified in the opening calendars available on: www.walibi.be or www.aqualibi.be.

 

7.    PASSES may not be cancelled during their period of validity. 

 

ARTICLE 3 – PASS SPECIFICATIONS

 

1.    Walibi PASS:

  • The Walibi PASS is on sale on the Parks' websites and at the Parks’ ticket offices;
  • Gives unlimited access to Walibi Belgium during its opening period;
  • Gives access to the "Halloween" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives access to the "Nocturnal" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Walibi Belgium's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 10% discount in the shops and restaurants of Walibi Belgium as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons to Walibi Belgium as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Does not give access to Aqualibi;
  • Does not include access to the Car Parks of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

2.    Aqualibi PASS:

  • The Aqualibi PASS is on sale on the Parks’ websites and at the Parks' ticket offices;
  • Gives unlimited access to Aqualibi during its opening period;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Aqualibi's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 10% discount in the shop and restaurant of Aqualibi as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Does not give access to Walibi Belgium;
  • Does not include access to the Car Park of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

3.    Red&Blue PASS:

  • The Red&Blue PASS is on sale on the Parks' websites and at the Parks’ ticket offices;
  • Gives unlimited access to Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi during their opening periods;
  • Gives access to the "Halloween" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives access to the "Nocturnal" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Walibi Belgium's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 10% discount in the shops and restaurants of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Does not include access to the Car Park of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

4.    Silver PASS:

The Silver PASS is no longer on sale. The Passes still in circulation entitle you to the following benefits:

  • Gives unlimited access to Walibi Belgium during its opening period;
  • Gives access to the "Halloween" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives access to the "Nocturnal" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Walibi Belgium's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 10% discount in the shops and restaurants of Walibi Belgium as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons to Walibi Belgium as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives entitlement, during each visit, to 4 fast accesses:
    • 3 fast accesses of your choice to attractions with Speedy access;
    • 1 fast access for the attraction Tiki-Waka.
  • Does not give access to Aqualibi;
  • Does not include access to the Car Parks of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

5.    Gold PASS:

  • The Gold PASS is on sale on the Parks' websites and at the Parks’ ticket offices;
  • Gives unlimited access to Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi during their opening periods;
  • Gives access to the "Halloween" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives access to the "Nocturnal" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Walibi Belgium's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 10% discount in the shops and restaurants of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives 4 fast accesses during each visit, the content of which is composed as follows:
    • 3 fast accesses of your choice at attractions with Speedy access;
    • 1 fast access for the attraction Tiki-Waka.
  • Does not include access to the Car Park of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The Gold PASS is available in limited quantity; it is available while stocks last;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

6. Ruby PASS:

  • The Ruby PASS is on sale on the Parks' websites and at the Parks’ ticket offices;
  • Gives unlimited access to Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi during their opening periods;
  • Gives access to the "Halloween" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives access to the "Nocturnal" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Walibi Belgium's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 20% discount in the shops and restaurants of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives one fast access for each visit to the attractions with Speedy access;
  • Includes a Parking PASS for Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The Ruby PASS is available in limited quantity; it is available while stocks last;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

7. Diamond PASS:

  • The Diamond PASS is on sale on the Parks' websites and at the Parks’ ticket offices;
  • Gives unlimited access to Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi during their opening periods;
  • Gives access to the "Halloween" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives access to the "Nocturnal" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Walibi Belgium's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 20% discount in the shops and restaurants of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives unlimited fast access for each visit to the attractions with Speedy access;
  • Includes a Parking PASS for Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The Diamond Pass is available in limited quantity; it is available while stocks last;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

8. Platinum PASS:

The Platinum PASS is no longer on sale. The Passes still in circulation entitle you to the following benefits:

  • Gives unlimited access to Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi during their opening periods;
  • Gives access to the "Halloween" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives access to the "Nocturnal" opening periods of Walibi Belgium;
  • Gives discounts on entrance tickets to Walibi Belgium's partner parks and zoos;
  • Gives a 20% discount in the shops and restaurants of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives access to the discounts for accompanying persons as detailed in Article 4 of these Rules;
  • Gives unlimited fast access for each visit to the attractions with Speedy access;
  • Includes a Parking PASS for Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

9. Parking PASS:

  • The Parking PASS is on sale only at the Park entrance ticket offices;
  • The name of the holder and a license plate are required to produce the Parking PASS;
  • Gives a parking right at the Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi Car Parks during their opening periods, exclusively for persons visiting the parks;
  • Gives a parking right to a maximum of two different license plates per Parking PASS;
  • The owner of the Parking PASS must be present in the vehicle each time the Parking PASS is used during control at the Car Park gates;
  • The owner of the Parking PASS is not authorised to lend his PASS to third parties or to use it in any other way than provided for in the terms and conditions specified in these Regulations;
  • Only one of the two registered vehicles can access the car park during a visit. Therefore, both cars cannot use the car park at the same time;
  • The pass holder shall comply with the Parking Regulations of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi, which means that the pass holder must follow the instructions of the staff present in the car park;
  • Does not give entitlement to surveillance of vehicles registered on the Parking Pass;
  • The Parking PASS does not guarantee a parking space in case of heavy traffic. If there are no more parking spaces available, the holder of the Parking PASS shall not be entitled to any compensation or a refund of the Parking PASS;
  • The Parking PASS must be presented to the employees on request to check its validity;
  • Any fraud related to the use of the Parking PASS shall result in the withdrawal or blocking of the card in accordance with Article 1 of these Rules;
  • The period of validity is set out in Article 2 of these Rules.

 

10. Purchase of multiple PASSES:

When several PASSES are purchased at once in the same purchase transaction, the 5th PASS will receive a discount of -50% off the purchase price provided you use the promo code FUNTIME. If more than 5 PASSES are purchased, the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th PASSES will be sold at full price and 50% discount will also be granted on the 10th PASS and so on. This rule is applicable for each purchase batch of 5 PASSES. This offer does not apply to the Diamond, Ruby, and Gold PASSES.

Once the transaction has been completed, the content of the shopping basket cannot be changed or cancelled. In other words, once the transaction has been completed, no passes can be added to the shopping basket. 

 

 

ARTICLE 4 – DISCOUNTS AND ADVANTAGES WITH THE PASS

 

1.    All PASSES entitle the holder to advantages and discounts. They vary according to the nature of the PASS; they are listed and described in this Article.

 

2. The advantages and discounts of the PASS are not cumulative with other actions or offers.

 

3. PASS holders, with the exception of the Platinum, Diamond and Ruby PASS, receive a 10% discount on:

  • Purchases in the shops of the parks listed in the relevant PASS accesses to which their PASS grants access (except for services such as Parking Pass, Speedy pass, etc – this list is non exhaustive);
  • Purchases in the restaurants of the parks listed in the relevant PASS accesses to which their PASS grants access;
  • This discount does not apply to special sales in the shops including -but not limited to- summer sales, vintage sales, sales of unique collectibles.

 

4. Platinum, Diamond and Ruby PASS holders receive a 20% discount on:

  • Purchases made in the shops of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi (except for services such as Parking Pass, Speedy pass, etc – this list is non exhaustive);
  • Purchases made in the restaurants of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi;
  • This discount does not apply to special sales in the shops including -but not limited to- summer sales, vintage sales, sales of unique collectibles.

 

5. PASS holders benefit from Passholder Privileges on the purchase of tickets at the entrance to the Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi:

  • "Bring a friend Easter": -33%

- Valid from 04/04/2025 to 30/06/2025;

- Valid for the park(s) to which the PASS gives access;

- Valid on adult rates displayed at the Parks’ ticket offices;

- Valid for one accompanying person per day and per PASS;

- Valid in the presence of the PASS holder at the ticket office;

- Valid 5 times during the Spring Passholder Privilege period.

 

  • "Bring a friend Summer": -25%

- Valid from 01/07/2025 to 31/08/2025;

- Valid for the park(s) to which the PASS gives access;

- Valid on the adult rates displayed at the Parks’ ticket offices;

- Valid for one accompanying person per day and per PASS;

- Valid in the presence of the PASS holder at the ticket office;

- Valid 5 times during the Summer Passholder Privilege period.

 

  • "Bring a friend Midweek Summer": -50%

- Valid from 01/07/2025 to 31/08/2025;

- Valid for the park(s) to which the PASS gives access;

- Valid every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday;

- Valid on the adult rates displayed at the Parks’ ticket offices;

- Valid for one accompanying person per day and per PASS;

- Valid in the presence of the PASS holder at the ticket office;

- Valid 5 times during the “-50%” Passholder Privilege period.

 

  • "Bring a friend Halloween": -33%

- Valid from 11/10/2025 to 02/11/2025;

- Valid for the park(s) to which the PASS gives access;

- Valid on the adult rates displayed at the Parks’ ticket offices;

- Valid for one accompanying person per PASS;

- Valid in the presence of the PASS holder at the ticket office;

- Valid once during the Halloween Passholder Privilege period.

 

  • "Bring a friend Winter": -33%

-Valid 5 times during the promotion period, from 17/12 to 04/01/2026;

- Valid for the park(s) to which the PASS gives access;

- Valid on the adult rates displayed at the Parks’ ticket offices;

- Valid for one accompanying person per PASS;

- Valid in the presence of the PASS holder at the ticket office;

- Valid 5 times during the Winter Passholder Privilege period.

 

6.    PASS holders1 enjoy benefits at the following partner parks.

 These benefits are granted when you purchase a ticket from the following parks' websites. You must show your valid PASS at the entrance of the parks.

  • -50%: Bokrijk (buy tickets at preferential rate via “ticket preferential rate 13+ years” +discount code subscriber: 25BPAWABEL; valid from 05/04 to 02/11/2025, incl ‘The sixties’ and events, not valid during winter opening; children up to 12 years pay 2€ online; children < 3 years are free), Bellewaerde (www. tickets-for-parks.be with promocode : WALIBIBE2BLW, valid from 04/05 to 01/04/2026, except on Halloween nocturnes and days when the park is full or closed for a private event);
  • -40%:  Group Plopsaland (go to the website of the park concerned and select “I don't have a ticket but a CDA Pass” +promocode: WALIBI40): Plopsaland De Panne, PlopsAqua, Plopsa Indoor Hasselt, Plopsa Ardennes, Plopsaqua Landen-Hanut, Plopsaland Station Antwerp;
  • -40% off in season and 20% off during the winter period : Movie Park (DE), discount code subscriber: walibibelgium, valid from 4 April 2025 to 6 January 2026 excluding 18 May);
  • -20% : Toverland (NL), from 22/01/2025 to 18/01/2026 except Halloween period: reservations required at https://tickets.toverland.com/reserveren. Pass holders must be able to present their valid PASS and their reservation confirmation to receive a discount on the normal admission price for persons >1.40m. This discount cannot be exchanged for cash and is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.

These Advantages are granted on the adult rate, and on presentation of the PASS by the holder, at the ticket offices at the entrance of the following Parks:

  • -50%: Parc Astérix (FR), Walibi Rhône-Alpes (excluding Halloween period, FR), Walibi Belgium2 (valid from 05/04 to 04/01/2026, except days when the park is full or closed for a private event), Chaplin's World (CH), Futuroscope (FR), Family Park (AUS), France Miniature (FR), Walibi Holland excluding Halloween opening days (NL);
  • -40%: Bobbejaanland, Freizeit-land Geiselwind (DE), Grottes de Han (only at the ticket offices of the park), Monde Sauvage (from 17/02, and during Winter period every day);
  • -30%: Safaripark Beekse Bergen (NL), Speelland Beekse Bergen (NL), Dierenrijk (NL), ZooPark Overloon (NL) : not valid for any event scheduled in addition of the regular opening hours like Light Safari or Brew at the zoo.
  • €10 discount: Boudewijn Seapark (from 05/04 to 28/09/2025 & from 25/10 to 02/11/2025);
  • €8 discount on admission ticket to the Visitor Service Centre: Efteling (NL).

2. The Aqua PASS gives discounts on the entrance ticket to Walibi Park. Not the other way round.

 

7.    AQUA PASS holders enjoy benefits at the following partner parks.

These benefits are granted when you purchase a ticket from the following parks' websites. You must show your valid PASS at the entrance of the parks.

  • -40%:  Group Plopsaland (go to the website of the park concerned and select “I don't have a ticket but a CDA Pass” +promocode: WALIBI40): Plopsaland De Panne, PlopsAqua, Plopsa Indoor Hasselt, Plopsa Ardennes, Plopsaqua Landen-Hanut, Plopsaland Station Antwerp.

These Advantages are granted on the adult rate, and on presentation of the PASS by the holder, at the ticket offices at the entrance of the following Parks:

  • -40%: Monde Sauvage.

 

 

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENTS

 

1.    When purchasing PASSES, the full amount must be paid immediately.

2.    Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi disclaim all liability relating to the online payment process.

3.    Following the payment process, the buyer shall receive a confirmation message or, if applicable, a message inviting them to start the payment procedure again.
