The price of parking is 10 EUR/vehicle (promotional offer: 8 EUR if you buy it before 3 pm). Season pass holders have the possibility to get a Parking Pass (valid for one year) for 30 EUR.

To benefit from this advantage, please enter your card number on the Carteprof.be website. You will then be automatically redirected to our site.  After having filled in your personal data, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a promotional code and a link to our webshop.  

Can't find the confirmation e-mail? Please check your spam folder.  Please note: the promotional code can only be used once to order a maximum of one free ticket and four additional tickets with the 25% discount.  You must order all your tickets at the same time and make sure to add the free ticket to your shopping cart.

Once you have ordered your tickets, you can go to the park with your e-tickets; you don't have to go through the ticket booth anymore.

As stated on the 365.be website, you can benefit from free access for two people to Walibi/Aqualibi.  We invite you to visit our website and to enter the unique code printed on your 365 passport.  
Your tickets will be sent to you by e-mail to the address you have entered. Bring your entry tickets, your 365 passport and your identity card with you when visiting the park.
This advantage can be used once a year for each park.

As stated on our website, all unused tickets (also partner tickets) purchased until 15 July 2021 (inclusive) are automatically extended until 30 September 2022. 
However, if it was not possible to schedule a second visit before 01/10/2022 and the tickets were purchased on our website, you can apply for a refund between 1 October 2022 and 31 December 2022 (subject to an administration fee of €3 per ticket).  It is not possible to claim a refund for partner tickets.

As stated on our website, season passes are automatically extended by the number of closing days. The Parking Pass is also extended by the number of closing days.

The park is directly connected to the Walibi-Bierges train station via a pedestrian bridge (approx. 10 minutes' walk).  
When you buy your tickets online on our website, we offer you the possibility to benefit from a 50% discount on the purchase of your train ticket.  

To do so, please tick the corresponding option during the purchase process.  You will then receive a code to enter on the SNCB website when you buy your train tickets.

Motorhomes can access the car park during the time you visit the park.
We do not have facilities to accommodate them for the night.

The Easy Pass is a free guide that facilitates the visit of people with special needs (and up to three accompanying persons).  

The Easy Pass can be obtained at the park's information desk upon presentation of the identity card of the person with special needs and one of the following documents:

• a complete and validated disability parking permit,
OR
• an EDC card (European Disability Card),
OR
• documents from the following Belgian official bodies, certifying a permanent disability:
- Agence pour une Vie de Qualité - AViQ,
- Service public francophone bruxellois - Phare,
- Service public fédéral de la sécurité sociale - SPF.

For the Netherlands: documents from the following official bodies, attesting to a permanent disability:

o    A disability parking permit,
o    Wajong,
o    AUTIPAS,
o    WAZ,
o    UWV,
o    WAO,
o    WIA, with reference of WGA of IVA.

No other certificates will be accepted.

Access to some attractions is forbidden to pregnant women.  Nevertheless, you can still enjoy a pleasant day at the park.  You can benefit from a 50% reduction on the adult rate on presentation of a medical certificate at the park's ticket booth.

Our attractions do not have a "weight limit" as such. However, not all harnesses are suitable for all body types.

To avoid parents having to wait in long queues with young children, we offer them the Baby Switch: one parent waits in the queue while the other waits at the exit of the attraction.  When the parent who was in the queue has been through the attraction, they can swap places with the other parent.
Feel free to ask for information from our operators at the exit of the attraction or at the information desk.

Children are measured with shoes on before being granted access to the attractions.  If you are unsure of your child's height, you can go to the infirmary or the information desk where your child will be measured.  Your child will receive a wristband stating his/her height, which will be checked throughout the park.

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available (subject to availability and confirmation from our reservation team).

These can be picked up at the lockers (at the entrance of the park) before 1pm.  The fee is 5 EUR.
