How can I book my visit?

If you are a season pass holder or possess an undated partner ticket, you have to book your visit date (except for Platinum, Diamond and Ruby Pass) on our online platform . If you have a dated ticket, we will welcome you directly at the park gates on the day of your visit. If you do not have a ticket, we invite you to buy one on our website .

I've booked a date for my visit but I'd like to change it. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your visit date.

I can have a discount at the cash booths. Do I have to book my visit?

No, there's no need to book your visit. Go straight to the park ticket offices to get your discount, also during extended days.

I made my booking with a partner ticket and I have not received a ticket. What should I do?

To make your booking, you entered the reference number of the admission ticket you already have (purchased through an official reseller or your employer). After making your booking, you will not receive a new admission ticket, only a booking confirmation. When you visit the park, you must present the admission ticket with the barcode/QR code (in your possession) and the booking confirmation received by email.
