Is Walibi accessible to persons with special needs?

The Easy Pass is a free guide that facilitates the visit of people with special needs (and up to three accompanying persons). It can be picked up at the ticket booth on the day of your visit. You'll find all information about the Easy Pass on our website.

I am unable to redeem my pass voucher within the month. What should I do?

All our Passes are sold on an annual basis and are valid for one year from the date of purchase or opening of the park. In order to take advantage of your subscription as soon as possible, we recommend that you exchange your Voucher in the month following the purchase of your Pass or the opening of the park. However, if you are unable to visit us within this time frame, you can redeem it during your first visit! You can collect your final Passes at the Pass Production Center (or at the Aqualibi desk, if access to the water park is included in your subscription) during our opening days and hours.
