This year, Bill is no longer merely the ruler of a single zone. His influence now stretches across the whole of Ibilaw. From the shadows, he commands every ritual, every nightmare and every creature that inhabits his kingdom.

As night falls, Bill leaves his sanctuary to appear before his most loyal followers. Seated upon his throne and surrounded by his most fearsome creatures, he makes his way through the streets of Ibilaw, reminding everyone who truly rules these lands.

Should his gaze meet yours... kneel, and pay homage to your sovereign.
