You can access the parking lot with your RV for the time of your visit. We do not offer facilities to accommodate your RV for the night. After 10pm (except during late-night openings or special events), it is not allowed to leave RVS in the parking lot.

Access to some attractions is forbidden to pregnant women. Nevertheless, you can still enjoy a pleasant day at the park. You can benefit from a 50% reduction on the adult rate on presentation of a medical certificate at the park's ticket booth.

All visitors must be easily identifiable at all times.

The park is directly connected to the Walibi-Bierges train station via a pedestrian bridge (approx. 10 minutes' walk).

To do so, please tick the corresponding option during the purchase process. You will then receive a code to enter on the SNCB website when you buy your train tickets.

The Easy Pass is a free guide that facilitates the visit of people with special needs (and up to three accompanying persons).

Motorhomes can access the car park during the park's opening hours. We do not have facilities to accommodate them for the night. Therefore, after 10 pm (except for night time or special events), it is not allowed to park in the car park.

We have a limited amount of trolleys that we can make available to you.

You can get a wristband at the information desk on which you can put your telephone number.

Lost children are immediately taken to the information desk at the entrance of the park.

For purchases above 30 euros, you can leave your purchases in the locker and collect them at the end of the day.

If you don't want to carry your luggage around all day, you can find lockers at the entrance of the park.

Prices vary between 5 and 8 EUR.

To avoid parents having to wait in long queues with young children, we offer them the Baby Switch: one parent waits in the queue while the other waits at the exit of the attraction. When the parent who was in the queue has been through the attraction, they can swap places with the other parent. This complimentary service cannot be combined with a Speedy fast-pass or an Easy-pass.

Children are measured with shoes on before being granted access to the attractions. If you are unsure of your child's height, you can go to one attraction where your child will be measured. Your child will receive a wristband stating his/her height, which will be checked throughout the park.

We have a limited number of wheelchairs available (subject to availability and confirmation from our reservation team). These can be picked up at the lockers (at the entrance of the park) before 1pm. The fee is 8 EUR.

We suggest you reserve a wheelchair using our form (subject to availability and confirmation from our reservation team).

We offer teachers the possibility of a free ticket for Walibi, Aqualibi, Bellewaerde and Bellewaerde Aquapark and a 25% discount on 4 entrance tickets (on the adult rate) for 4 accompanying persons.

To benefit from this advantage, please enter your card number on our dedicated website.

Please note: the promotional code can only be used once to order a maximum of one free ticket and four additional tickets with the 25% discount. You must order all your tickets at the same time and make sure to add the free ticket to your shopping cart.

Once you have ordered your tickets, you can go to the park with your e-tickets; you don't have to go through the ticket booth anymore.

After your online purchase, you have one month to exchange your voucher for your permanent Pass at the Pass Production Centre of Walibi or at the reception of Aqualibi, during the opening hours of the parks

Season Passes are not sent by post.

In case your pass is lost/stolen or in case you forgot it, you can get a duplicate for EUR 10 by presenting your ID card at the pass production office or at the Aqualibi reception desk.

From April to October, and for Walibi Winter, it is not necessary to book your visit to Walibi unless otherwise mentioned by the promotional partner.

During the Halloween period, pass holders and holders of a non-dated ticket must book their visit through the dedicated platform available on our website.

The price of parking is 13 EUR/vehicle. Season pass holders have the possibility to get a Parking Pass (valid for one year) for 40 EUR. For information about this pass, please consult article 3 of the pass regulations.

Parking tickets can be purchased at the ticket booths at the park entrance and on our website. Parking passes can be purchased at the Pass Production Center at the park entrance.

You will receive a 10% discount on the adult entrance fee displayed at the park's ticket booths on presentation of your Pass Visit Wallonia (nominative pass).

This discount is not valid online and cannot be combined with other promotions.

All our Passes are sold on an annual basis and are valid for one year from the date of purchase or opening of the park. In order to take advantage of your subscription as soon as possible, we recommend that you exchange your Voucher in the month following the purchase of your Pass or the opening of the park.

However, if you are unable to visit us within this time frame, you can redeem it during your first visit!

You can collect your final Passes at the Pass Production Center (or at the Aqualibi desk, if access to the water park is included in your subscription) during our opening days and hours. 

After your purchase through our partner, you must not exchange the partner ticket on our website or receive new tickets. .

During your visit to the park, you must show the entrance ticket with the barcode/QR-code (in your possession) at the entrance of the park.

As stated in the list of attractions accessible for free with your VIP Card 365 ( www.365.be/pass365), you can benefit from free access for one person to Walibi/Aqualibi.  We invite you to visit our website and to enter the unique code printed on your VIP Card 365.  Your ticket will be sent to you by e-mail to the address you have entered. Bring your entry ticket and your VIP Card 365 with you when visiting the park.

This advantage can be used once a year for each park.
