Baby Switch gives parents the option to avoid queuing twice when one of them has to look after a child.

⚠️ This complimentary service cannot be combined with a Speedy fast-pass or an Easy-pass.

Leave your purchases (as from €30) in the luggage storage (consigne) and pick up your souvenirs at the end of the day.

Visitors can be treated rapidly and efficiently in the first aid post.

If you don’t want to be bothered by your bags all day long, you can find lockers at the park entrance (consigne). 

Children that get lost are taken immediately to the information desk situated at the entrance to the park.

Any lost object should be declared at the information desk.
