Measures against the coronavirus

Temporarily closed

Dear visitors, loyal followers of Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi,

Usually, this period is filled with intense activity within our teams as they prepare for the start of a sensational season, which promises to bring back great memories for young and old.

However, if we want to share unforgettable experiences as quickly as possible, it is essential that the measures imposed by the Belgian government are scrupulously respected by everyone.

As family parks, we, Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi, take our responsibility in this regard. Your well-being, and that of our employees, is our top priority. Consequently, Walibi Belgium and Aqualibi will be inaccessible until further notice. We continuously monitor the evolution of the situation and will inform you of further developments.

As a precautionary measure, most of our employees work from home. Despite their efforts to answer all your questions, their availability may be impacted. While we are confident that you understand this decision, we apologize for any inconvenience suffered.

On this page, we provide answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service at +32 (0) 10 42 15 00 or via the contact form. We will endeavour to provide you with an answer as soon as possible.    In the meantime, please take care of yourself and others. Let us show solidarity, because that is the only way to fight the Corona virus.  We hope to welcome you as soon as possible in our leisure parks, so that together we can share countless unforgettable memories.

Yours sincerely,

The Walibi Belgium team - Aqualibi

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

I have a season pass for Walibi Belgium and/or Aqualibi. Will I be compensated for this closure?

Yes, a compensation will be granted.

Due to the lack of concrete information for our sector, it is not easy to define the nature of this compensation. However, we hope to receive additional information for our industry by June 8, 2020.

I am interested in purchasing a season pass for Walibi Belgium and/or Aqualibi. Is this still possible?

No, due to the current circumstances, the sale of our season pass is currently stopped until the situation becomes more clear.

I have made a reservation for a group outing. Can I still change it?

For group bookings, you can contact the appropriate sales department directly via the e-mail address: reservations.be@walibi.com. Or read our FAQ.

Walibi Belgium is not an essential activity. Why should the park reopen?

Indeed, our park (tourism and recreation) does not belong to the essential sectors. However, the uncertainty of the current climate and the lack of clear prospects add to our daily stress. Many experts therefore warn against the consequences of the isolation on our mental health. We are convinced that we can offer a moment of peace and happiness in order to relieve the psychological stress resulting from confinement. We will of course make every effort to ensure that everyone can enjoy a family trip in a safe way.

For 45 years we have been offering our visitors unforgettable memories to share with the whole family or with friends. We hope to continue this mission safely once the situation normalizes.

Do you know when the park will reopen?

So far, the decision regarding the reopening of Belgian leisure parks has not yet been made. This means that our park Walibi Belgium will remain closed until further notice. However, we hope to receive additional information for our industry by June 8, 2020.

As soon as we receive this information, we will communicate the measures and concrete implications of the government decisions for our park and for you as a visitor.
