I have a group outing planned during the months of April - May - June. What should I do?

If you have already booked an outing with a group of more than 20 people, please contact reservations.be@cda-parks.com.

I bought tickets for my employees through one of Walibi's account managers. What should I do?

If your company tickets mention 8 November 2020 as the end date, your tickets will remain valid until the end of the park season in 2021, which is 7.11.2021.

If your company tickets are valid for a certain period of time and are limited in time, please contact our staff via business@walibi.be. Our staff will review your file and the associated conditions and will contact you.

 

I bought tickets via one of Walibi's promotional partners (such as SNCB, chain stores or other external parties) for a visit to Walibi. What should I do?
